Chris Duarte - "Party on the Bricks", Public Market, Rochester, NY. July 22, 2011.

I had never seen (nor really heard) Chris or his music, I had only heard about him. So, when he played a free concert not a mile from my house on a balmy summer night, I couldn't pass it up. Wow! He was electrifying. He blew my socks off!! I am now a HUGE fan. Chris Rocks!

At the show I decided to video tape a couple of his songs. This started earlier in the summer at another free outdoor show in Rochester, David Bromberg. I am really enjoying the powers of my Lumix GF1. I shot two shorter numbers in one take and then Chris' sizzling encore, covering Jimi Hendrix's "Hey Joe." Here they are, below in the first row.
