Quotations from Haiti

As the documentarian for the Vodou Archive www.dloc.com/vodou. [If the link is not working, just cut and paste the address into your browser (I am not sure what's wrong).] I have now made two trips to Haiti to reccord video and photograph Vodou ceremonies as well as people and places I pass through. The videos, more photographs, along with interviews and other documents, can be found in the Vodou Archive. My first trip was in April 2013. Apart from a couple of days in Port-au-Prince, we stayed in the town of Gonaives. We traveled around the area and spoke with people involved in Vodou and witnessed several ceremonies. The second trip was in January 2014. This time we spent our time in a more rural setting, outside of the town of Leogane. I hope to put captions on the images soon, to give more detail.
